AREAS WE BUILD
The Bass Coast and Melbourne.
Nowhere we can't be on site the same week.
We're family-run, with a single team that carries every build. So we work within reach — the Bass Coast where Jordan lives, and Melbourne where most of our clients are. That's the trade we make: a smaller geography, a tighter team, every job carried by the people who quoted it.
Local enough to be at every pour.
Concrete pool building is a trade where presence matters. The shell goes down once. The equipment commissioning is a one-shot job. The handover walk is the moment the pool becomes yours. If the builder is three hours away, none of that happens properly.
We build inside a radius that lets the same team carry every job start to finish — the Bass Coast where we live, and Melbourne's south-east, bayside, and Mornington Peninsula.
If your build is outside this footprint, we can still help — either with design and engineering only, or with a referral to a builder we trust in your area.
FOUR REGIONS
Where we build, and the suburbs in each.
REGION 01
Our home region. Coastal blocks, holiday homes, architect- designed builds across Inverloch, Cape Paterson, Wonthaggi, Kilcunda, and the Bass Coast Shire. Jordan grew up on this coast.
REGION 02
Across the bridge to Phillip Island, and the San Remo strip on the way. Holiday-home builds, family-compound projects, and architect-designed contemporary pools. Lower-key visually, higher-spec on engineering.
REGION 03
South of the river. Established homes, architect-designed extensions, full-tile interiors, more contained sites. Elsternwick, Brighton, Caulfield, Bentleigh, Hampton through to Black Rock.
REGION 04
The Peninsula run, from Frankston through to Sorrento and Portsea. Mix of holiday-home builds and primary residences. Larger blocks than Bayside, often architect-led, often integrated with landscape.
WHY WE WORK THIS WAY
One team. One coast and one city. Every job.
Most pool builders are happy to take a job anywhere. We chose the opposite. A tighter footprint means the same team can be at the slab pour, on site for the shell, present for the tile-line, there for the final commissioning. No subbing the job out to a remote crew.
It also means we know the soil. We know what the wind does on the back of Cape Paterson, what's involved getting concrete onto a Cowes block, what the Peninsula council planning landscape is, what bayside double-storey extensions need a pool to do.
If we don't already build in your area, the answer is usually no. We'd rather under-promise than stretch the team thin.

OUTSIDE OUR FOOTPRINT
If your block sits outside these areas, there are still options.
For projects in regional Victoria or other parts of Melbourne, we can do design and engineering only, then hand documentation to a local builder. We can also refer you to builders we trust in other regions — we'd rather match you with someone who'll be there at every pour than take a job we can't do well.
Get in touch with your suburb and what you're planning — we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
