Bass Pools is a family-run business operating in Victoria, Australia. We are a VBA-registered building practitioner (DB-L 71949) specialising in architectural concrete swimming pools and spas.
2. Use of this website
The information on this website is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. Images, project details and pricing examples are indicative only. While we work hard to keep this site accurate, we don't guarantee the information is current or error-free at all times.
You agree not to use this website in any way that may impair its functionality, security, or accessibility for others.

Any quote or written proposal we provide is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if scope, site conditions, or supplier costs change materially.

Work we carry out for you is governed by a written building contract signed by both parties. The contract sets out the scope of work, schedule, payment terms, and warranty arrangements. These website terms don't replace or override anything in your signed contract.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranties under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic) apply to our work. Additional warranty terms specific to your build are included in your contract.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website is limited to the resupply of the relevant information. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
